Flowers & Gifts

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival.

  • The incorrect product was delivered.

Customers must notify us within 1 hour of delivery and provide photo proof of the issue.

Resolution Options

  • Replacement product,

  • Store credit, or

  • Full refund (depending on the situation).

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
